Everyone was extremely kind and our room was perfect. The bed was really comfortable. We were close to everything we needed and the area felt safe. They grounds are well lit and maintained.

Everything was perfect, efficient staff, favourable location near the Bistro, and the airport for travel to Mexico City. The excellent service and shuttle to airport far exceeded our expectations. The facilities were great too.

The toilet took 2 and 3 flushes to work. They only had mini pillows that were super hard. The pizza in the place downstairs made my husband sick all night.

The staff was super nice. Breakfast was a treat. Location was great.
Wifi was slow that day and my daughter needed to get business done on the computer, but there were storms in the area so maybe that's why it was slow. We had to leave and move to Starbucks.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and even the driver who picked me up from the airport was hilarious. They quickly resolved the one issue I had with the dryer. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. I also enjoyed using their well-equipped workout center to get some cardio in. The location was great, close to everything I needed, and it was convenient to get alternate transportation to the airport for my trip to Mexico City. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was incredibly friendly and the driver who picked me up from the DFW airport was hilarious. They worked to resolve the one problem I had with the dryer promptly. Room was spacious, the bed comfortable. Was able to get my cardio on, in their workout center. Would stay again! I'll just get a receipt next time.
Food was sub-par. Coming in from California, I suppose I expected more. Was overcharged for the room. Bank statement tallies two charges from them totaling $141. I charged nothing to the room. The receipt in my email says the bill should have been $102.35. I am in Okinawa now, this is difficult for me to resolve.
